Giving Back

Impact that reaches beyond property.

Since 2015, a share of what we do has gone into housing families in Cambodia, funding scholarships for women, and backing causes closer to home.

Business success carries a responsibility to create positive change.

Emma Allen Founder, API

Houses4Cambodia

Homes and schools in rural Cambodia, since 2015.

In 2017 Emma founded Houses4Cambodia with three friends to fund the Global Village Housing projects we had supported since 2015. Together they have funded homes for families in rural Cambodia and two school projects in Battambang province, supporting more than 500 children with classrooms, clean water and everyday essentials. Closer to home, we back the We Are Mobilise campaign, working to address homelessness in Australia.

How the Cambodia work grew.

Education & empowerment

Backing women to build financial confidence.

Improving financial literacy is one of the clearest ways we can create lasting change. Emma's contributions to two Amazon best-selling anthologies, Back Yourself and The Women Changing the World, fund scholarships for women through The Women's Business Collective. She mentors regional teenagers and supports Striking Distance, a self-defence program addressing violence toward women. In 2026 she co-launches She Builds Wealth, a podcast helping women think differently about their financial future.

Health & wellbeing

Standing behind health and mental wellbeing.

We support fundraising for The Cancer Council, Oxfam and Beyond Blue. In 2026, Emma took part in Coastrek, raising funds and awareness for mental health. Resilience and wellbeing matter to how we work, not only to what we give to.
